this is the one where we made a mental image of Jake's pose and then drew it after he had moved. It's all in my head! I love using charcoal for gesture drawings because you have more control over thickness of the lines and there is a lot more contrast.
Gesture drawings were always my favorite thing to do in art class in high school, so I was excited to do some in college. I love the messiness and the fast pace of the drawings.
